  1. Go to hellobc  and   tourismvancouver free guides  and hotel bookings  See stanly park the aquauirim   Gastown  Chinatown ( its second largerest in North america)   Granville island  market  Grouse Mountain   Lynn canyon  suspension bridge  It not a tourist trap  and its free  you need  good shoes the trail can be muddy  Get a day pass for transit  $8.00  Good all over  The sea bus sky train & buses

  2. What re you looking to do while you're here?

I've lived in the city for 3 years, and I LOVE IT!!

I would never get a hotel in burnaby/new west/coquitlam as someone else suggested. You'd spend all your time fighting with traffic and commuters. If you're coming to see the city, SEE IT!

There is a hotel in the west end, Coast Plaza. It's in english bay 2 blocks from the beach, and runs about $119/night. Not right downtown, but much cheaper and a short walk!

Let me know if you have anymore  questions, I'd be happy to help :)

  3. Robson St. great for tourists.  We recently paid $109.00 for a Saturday night on Robson for a 1 bedroom suite with a beautiful view.  Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, waterfront, Stanley Park.  Free parking.  Riviera Hotel.  Just google it if interested.

  4. Tourist area of Vancouver is Robson Street and Gas Town.  Big expensive hotels close by.  If you want cheaper hotel go to Burnaby, New Westminister or Coquitlam and take the Sky Train into Vancouver to visit tourist areas.  Don't forget to go to Stanley Park.
