  1. *Raises hand*

    Loved it :D

  2. This book is actually hated by most fans because it was written in a way THEY didn't want it to be written even though Stephenie Meyer wrote it the way SHE wanted to write it not the way her fans wanted it. She wrote most of it in Forever Dawn: the book supposed to be the second sequel in Twilight Series, but the publisher wanted more of Jacob Black. Most of the chapters in 'Breaking Dawn' are in 'Forever Dawn.' That is why its much more graphic than the other books. The ONLY person that has this book and read this book (Forever Dawn) is Stephenie's sister, Emily. Stephenie Meyer was shocked to find out that many of her fans BURNED her books because of the ending. I haven't read the entire last book yet, but I guess that people didn't like how the book ended and the series was over but you have to give thanks to Stephenie for even thinking about this series and writing it down and having her sister push her to publish it. You don't know how Stephenie feels about her writing, heck I don't even know, but I'll bet she is proud of it no matter what people think. She will write HER books HER way and nobody else's. So just leave her alone!

  3. me!

  4. that was the best book ever! (next to the first one!!!!)

  5. I DID ! <3 :)

  6. Breaking Dawn wasnt that bad tho...

i dont get it why ppl hated it sooo much...

    its good...

But i hope thats not going to affect her Midnight Sun reputation...

  7. Me!

I was actually surprised that there were so many people who DIDN'T like it. After I put it down, I just sat there and thought about everything that had happened. Yes, it was a bit predictable, and a few things were far-fetched; yes, Renesmee is a strange name; yes, it's akward that Jacob imprinted on Bella's DAUGHTER... but I still liked it. I *loved* it. It was the happy ending that everyone deserved. I've heard people say "true Twilighters DON'T LIKE this book," but other times I've heard people say "true Twilighters LIKE this book." I've decided not to bother with other people's opinions anymore because all I know is I loved the book. Period. It was how / would have ended the series, and I guess it just wasn't what everyone else wanted. Unfortunately, it's what they got. Whatever. I liked it. =]

  8. eh...

twilight was easily my favorite book... it seems she's trying to please people more now, even though i don't think thats what she did.

it was a little far fetched but it was pretty well written despite the plot.

  9. meh it was ok very overdramatic if you ask me. only went to watch it cause my sister made me, she thinks christian bales hot.

  10. It was ok not my favorite out of the whole series but I didn't hate it. Shore the characters were out of place and a few other mistakes but it's a book nothing to get mad about. :]

  11. Not me. I agree with Pax-C like usual. There's something about pregnant girls at 18 who give their babies to their best friend to marry that's just...scary tortellini. Rab

  12. I did, as much as my sister hated it. I thought it was very good.

  13. I simply adored it. I won't go into detail, because I'm tired of repeating myself.

  14. The plot was ok but the writing was terrible compared to the other books.  It seemed like she rushed through the writing process.  But overall it was ok.

  15. It was ok, the part when bella was giving birth just grossed me out.

  16. Well :) I LOVED it <3

I just didn't like that part of jacob -.- I Don't like him.

But, Bella and Edward stayed happy with them daughter ... It was romantic :)

  17. I hated it. Uterus chewing and vomiting fountains of blood just don't do it for me. If you hated it check out the forums at Amazon. The Don't Burn It Return It Campaign got headlines on the cover of EW last week and has been mentioned in many many reviews. There is also a petition there to sign. Pax-C

  18. I stopped reading it after 300 pages or so. I couldn't take it anymore. So, to answer your question, I didn't like it. I hated it.

  19. it was ok

  20. i loved it, but it was kinda predictable. since it was the last book, everything that we've all been waiting for was going to happen (bella and edward getting married, her becoming a vampire, etc.)

i'm just sad that the series is actually over =(

and i was super pissed off at the huge section on jacob's perspective. i like it better in bella's point of view.

  21. Not me. It defied the LAWS of science - something that even the Harry Potter books follow. I had this one borrowed from the library (now, it's banned here) and told Little Brown that they suck.

  22. I hate those books so no.

  23. I did! I though a little bit of it was suspicious of not being true--> spoiler bella having a baby? I mean thats never happened or been able to happen before....

  24. I loved Breaking Dawn!!! I thought it was the best book in the whole series!!! OMFG!!!! I LOVE BREAKING DAWN!!! IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH THE WAIT!!! AHHHH!!!! OMG!!! I LOVE IT!!!!

  25. i really dont think any true twilght fan should have liked breaking dawn. im with the rebels who decided to return their books for refunds. ive read eacther previous book at least 10 times and this was a huge let down and disapointment to me it seemed rushed and a few times i swear i saw grammer errors, the characters seemed differnt to me edward seemed like a minor character and SM said something about that like well edward only seems less in this book bc its through bellas perspective but its like HELLO! they all were. And jacob imprinting on renesme? whatever. i thought bella having the baby was interesting and uped the slow moving paace of the book but the fact that they vampires and werewolves or excuse me "shape shifters" has all these people ready and prepared to fight and then everything just ends peacfully was sich a waste it was a huge build up until that point and so dumb that everything just ends up peacfully. but on may 30 or whatever twhen the first chapter was released i went down to borders to check it out and every time a books has ended and theyve previewed the first chapter its been a cliff hanger like omg i need to know now and it was so dumb. i seriously think this book would have made a good apirl fools joke to all us fans

  26. As a book in general, it was good and it was interesting enough to keep me going.

As a huge Twilight fan who has read the previous three books, a lot of the book seemed a tad..unrealistic for the Twilight series.

I mean, we've all read the past three books and we've all learned everything we can about the Cullen family and vampires in general.

The fact that SPOILERRRRR- Bella got pregnant didn't even seem like a possibility to me for the fourth book.

Also, the child's name? Ugh, that poor kid.

All in all, as a book I liked it, as another book in the series, I was not too fond of it.

  27. me! Really, I liked it.

haha...This is just ridiculous. Seeing so many negative comments is really discouraging. I bet many people actually had second thoughts on reading because of everyone's comments. But they shouldn't let that affect them.

Many people hated it. It wasn't THAT bad.

I do not think true twilighters would hate the book, since they should be devoted fans shouldn't they? And they should be happy about it. Only the real fans were the ones who would have accepted and be happy with the ending, because they truly enjoyed Steph's writing.  They'd probably say they just wasted their time,  but thats their fault. Proves they shouldn't even be reading it in the first place.

OK, I'm going to shut up now. I guess typing all this is now pointless, seeing as people hated it anyway. No can do.

I liked it. So, who's with me?

  28. THIS WAS THE WORST BOOK! I am going to BURN it! My friends and I think she should re-write it! It is STUPID! Me and my friends JUST BARELY sent a petition around! THATS HOW MUCH WE HATE IT!!!!!!!!!! JACOB was NOT supposed to IMPRINT on the BABY! There was supposed to be NO BABY! GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!! WHO AGREES?!!??!?!

  29. um, ME.

  30. i did but i thought it had a very typical ending for ms. meyer. other than that i really liked it

  31. I did!!

I thought some characters where out of place but other then that I liked it!!
