I like green tea with only15 milligrams of caffeine. I do love the smell of fresh coffee but the caffeine dosage can range from 65 to a whopping 175 milligrmas of caffeine. I like coffee best, but when I need some down time, I like herbal tea.  I have this stuf called Herbal Blush from Fruition Coffee Co. that is made with lavander and rosehips and spearmint...mmm  They have really good coffee too...my favs are Sugar & Spice & Breakfast Blend (extra caffeinated!)
