i would like to start a website to earn money for charity, so it would be a non-profit organization. i live in PA, so what type of license and forms do i need to fill out?? please let me know thank you so much!

Helpless dogs, everyone should help them, because they are nice mature animals.

Great cause, but don't be like this one girl I saw on TV. She had a non profit organization to help dogs, she was practically going into debt helping them!
