love menudo, the soup. I prefer the Michoacan style that uses hominy but no oregano. I also will go to lengths to get Mexican cut tripe that includes parts of the intestine plus the spleen (bofe) as well as hoof(pata). Dont buy canned menudo, its just terrible.

Its awesome! I love it , especially with diced Serrano peppers added and cilantro also a with lemon uuuuummmmmmm so good . Yes, it is so delicious ( great for a hang over ).
