Who likes oxford street or you find it annoying bumping into people?

I don't particularly care for it, sometimes it's necessary to go there.  I prefer it in the evening after about 8 o'clock.    

I sometimes think they should introduce different lanes, one lane for people who know where they're going & walk at speed and another for those who want to meander along.  The other thing that annoys me is groups of people who stop abruptly in the middle of the pavement or string out across the pavement then looked surprised when everyone else tries to go through them for a shortcut.

If you act confident and keep your sholder locked people tend to move around you. Its at the last second before impact that people judge whether they should move or will the other person move.  When they see you have no intention they swing there sholder and slide past you.  

Works all the time on busy london streets.

I agree the crowds can be annoying but in general I love Oxford Street.

i don't like how there's an overpopulation of foriegners in london i dont mind expats but there are limits or should i say if someone wishes to immigrate to a country they should adapt to the countries culture and speak there language..half of them cant speak english!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find the people who think it's an appropriate place to meander slowly, then stop in the middle of the street to talk to your friend extremely annoying. It's the busiest place in London -  GET OUT OF THE WAY

i love oxford street and i love the atmospere it has there

however i dont like bumping in to all the people

but thats what you have to expect on the worlds busiest shopping street.

something needs to be done though but i dont want the west end company to pedestrianise it evan though that would make it a million times easier to walk on.

i think if they did that that part of the west end would lose it charecter completely
