I am sure the pasties we had in Padstow were not mass produced.

I don't like kippers.

  1. Unfortunately, the Cornish Pasty has become over commercialised. That is why I prefer to make my own. In saying that, if I was to visit the Chough Bakery in Padstow, I would most definitely try one.

  2. Never had them there but years ago when visiting Perranporth, Cornwall, I had my first taste of them at a little bakery there.  I've loved them ever since and had to learn to make my own when back in Canada.

  3. It isnt the best place to buy them, as rick stein has decided to overcharge for mass produced rubbish....

  4. Rather have a bridie in Forfar.

  5. I enjoy the pasties anywhere in Cornwall!

  6. kippers from whitby are better
