  1. Well, they did go up during the DNC so why not the RNC as well.  He deserves it.  Yes We Can!

    OBAMA/BIDEN '08

  2. I don't put much faith in polls, they are weighted and specialized, and usually ask around 2000 people who will answer the question.  Out of roughly 100 million voters that's kind of a small sampling.

Second they have NEVER been right.

This is the most exciting election I have ever seen.  And it will come down to election night.

  3. A candidate always get a bump following the convention; but typically it is a double digit bump.

  4. Too bad they didn't go up during the DNC, huh? lol

  5. Me!!

  6. You haven't read the news today.  Obama's points have fallen more than that.  Obama has already lost this election and you can only blame yourselves and Buttock Insane Obama for it.  Sucks to be a democrat...AGAIN.  This makes three times democrats have lost.  Shall we make it four times?

Polls are never ever right they said Gore and Kerry were going to win by 10 points but they both lost and so will Obama.

    McCain IS YOUR new president.

  7. His plan is paying off, have his people trash the new VPs daughter and family.Sit back and claim they are off limits and reap the benefits. It will cost him in the end,the November election will be America saying no to his "change" which means typical politics of destruction.

  8. I think what we have discovered about Palin proves that McCain is a poor judge of character and can't be trusted to make reasonable decisions. He chose her for cynical political reasons -- to get the radical conservative vote. Moderate Republicans must be appalled. Forget her family troubles. That is no big deal (although Republicans would have a field day if the shoe were on the other foot) Palin is simply not qualified to be Vice president.

  9. It's great news.

Note to Morganie III: If you look at the polls, they were taken right after the convention ended, which is when you would expect a reaction from voters. I think it does not bode well that even after McCain announced his VP, Obama was still rising in the polls. The fact that he has for the first time topped 50% is an even worse sign for McSame.
