Why even Indian "BIG 4" couldnt cope with Ajantha Mendis?

WHy then WHy 4 out of 8 wickets of Mendis are "BIG 4"?

Out of top seven batsmen only Dravid & Laxman succumbed to Mendis in both innings. So I fancy the chances of a better fight next time around. Murali was at his vintage best. That worked in favour of Mendis to get some wickets. If Murali was not bowling at from the other end, then Indians would have kept out Mendis and attacked the bowler from the other end.

Good question. I'm sure they looked at videos and got some expert help. Many experts on spin, claimed that mendis was easy to read and he hadn't secured his place in international cricket. I'd like them to explain now.

Maybe Mendis is another Murali. Murali has been round for years now, India have played him so many times, but he still becomes their victims.

There's no doubt about it, India are going to fight even harder the next Test, they won't rest till they overcome mendis.
