ME!!!!!!!!!!! but only in the winter, don't know why but I cant eat ice cream in the summer , I only crave it in the winter. Strange, I Know!!  LOL.

Spread peanut butter and jelly on an big oat meal cookie,top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream,Put another cookie on top and press them together,this makes a great ice cream sandwich.Enjoy,D,

haha it's so weird that you asked this question! i just recently rediscovered my love for them, and they are SERIOUSLY my favorite food at the moment. i could eat like ten! :-D  also, edy's makes an "ice cream sandwich" ice cream (vanilla with bits of the chocolate wafers on the outside of ice cream sandwiches) that is delicious!
