Who likes to snowboard? ever been anywhere crazy?

i love snowboarding, but i'm a beginner. i can go down the mountain and turn and stop but that's about it right now. i want to learn so bad how to go up to the very top and not fall down lol and go off huge jumps and do flips!! i just love snowboarding, the idea of being in the mountains is the best feeling in the entire world!!! the only place i've been is mt. pocono, pa

I live for snowboarding.  I would love to go to Alaska, but that is so expensive.  Heliriding is a bit out of my price range right now.  Someday....

The craziest places I have been are when I go backcountry and build big jumps.  That is crazy for me because I am usually the only girl in the group, so the jumps are crazy big for me, and I scare the c**p out of myself every time!

The most dangerous part about backcountry is the avalanche danger.

love snowboarding.

i was just at Greek Peak in NY. I like that mountain a lot, they have many proposed trails, nothing like snowboarding down a mountain in the woods. We were there all day, and still didn't hit the whole mountain, to top it off, it snowed the night before, 6 inches of fresh snow mmmmmmm.

I also live near the poconos. there are many many mountains in the poconos. but the season has just about ended here :(.

if you want to get better, just keep going the more you go thte better you get.

I like to snowboard!!!! I've seen some crazy stuff first hand, but I can't afford to be crazy myself.  Crazy implies risks beyond your ability - something that I don't recommend to anyone.  Some cool runs: a snowboard-cross race course (not racing though). Small 10-15 foot cliff drops into a steep pow run.  Not crazy but a hole lot of fun!

ok so you can try many places.  I live in Washington so i like going to whistler mt baker and stevens but my all time favorite is Park City in Utah

love snowboarding, gonna have to find something to do during summer tho, crazy place would be Park city, if you go up to the top, to the bowls, so much pow.  I spent a lot of time at one. started off going throu moguls, then thru a foot of fresh, then you enter the woods full of little bumps and jumps and tree jibs, my friends and I lit it up. even my 3 skier frends (3 boarders, 3 skiers)
