Question:

Who listened to Guiliani's speech before Palin's?

I have lived in NYC my entire life, and the city hates that moron. When he was running for President, the Firemen's union and the Policemens union both condemned him, and publicly stated he did nothing on 9/11 except get int he way and impede the work they were doing. And what did Rudy say his biggest problem with ehDNC convention was? They didn't mention 9/11 ENOUGH of course. HAHAHAHAHA. Hate him.

I found his speech obnoxious and degrading, and thought it had no place in civil discourse.

What did other people think?

  1. Speak for yourself - I'm a NY'r who loves Rudy and many of those I know who survived 9/11 love him too.  Sorry you are filled with such hatred.  You might want to let it go - not healthy.

    McCain / Palin '08

  2. He could possibly be the most irritating person on the planet. America's Mayor, my a**. Isn't it ironic that the family values party trots out a serial philanderer and cross dresser to make it's most vicious attack on a happily married family man? Hopefully the republican losses will be huge enough this year that he will crawl back under his rock and we won't have to hear from him again.

  3. Rudy hit a grand slam last night!  What a riot!

    BTW, Yankees suck!

  4. I too am from New York. Your wrong buddy. We didn't hate him. Only you select few. Not everyone is going to be liked by everyone. Live with it.

He set the stage perfectly for Sarah to come out and give that tremendous spech.

  5. Liked it. Want more of it. He'd make a good VP on Palin's ticket in 2012.

  6. I did. Get over it.

  7. i thought rudy was great!   he hit a grand slam off obamas face! yea!!!!

  8. I already wrote a question about his stupidity and repeating the Republican propaganda:

  9. I love Rudy, I thought he was great

  10. I did, I thought his dentures were going to fall out of his mouth.

  11. I thought he was wonderful . finallyy someone stepped up to the plate and spoke the truth .

  12. I think Rudy was right on point and frequently hilarious...you on the other hand are a MAJOR INGRATE...

  13. Every-time i see him i think Closet Homosexual....

  14. I got a few chuckles out of his speech, nothing special though.

  15. Agree.  And his attack, attack, attack, attack, attack attack, attack, attack on Obama is bound to backfire, sooner or later.  I hope sooner.

He nearly fell off the stage attacking Obama.  Waaaaaaaaaayyyyyy too much.

You are right in your descriptioms;  obnoxious, degrading.  I'll add:  idiotic, moronic, childish, low grade.

  16. I listened to some of their speech and all I heard was supposed professionals, taking underhanded digs at their fellow citizens.  I really feel for all those "lowly" community organizers out there, according to Gov Palin, you're just a waste of space with no real responsibilities, but they are here for the people.....(thumbs up, blow kiss, booing in the audience).  I have to applaud the Obama/Biden campaign for at least trying to remain tactful and professional when answering to all those "slights" by Gov Palin and Giuliani. You may disagree on some or most points, but you have to remain professional at all times.

  17. I thought he was great.

Complaining is the "national sport"of NYC.  The people there complain about a sunny Spring day with flowers blooming.

They bombed the WTC 7 years ago and you're still fighting over a 6 block hole in the ground.

And bashing Bush over Katrina wiping out 1000s of square miles of  Louisiana and Mississippi.  The stupid Democratic Governor and Mayor messed that up.  People were too dumb to get out of the rain.

  18. i couldn't stand that he said if we pull out of iraq it would be a victory for osama bin laden.  haven't we already established that no, osama was never in iraq, and in fact there weren't terrorists there until after we invaded.  hey, i dont think we should pull out now either, i think we should stay as long as necessary, but why would he flat out lie and bring up something which has been labeled as false a long time ago, osama bin laden is not doin **** in iraq, hes holed up in pakistan.

ok cool give me thumbs down cause everything i stated was based on fact.  ur not fanboys...

  19. Personally, I don't care for him either, but his speech, written by McCain's campaign, made some good points.
