Who listens to television on the weather band radio?

I have one and I listen to a local channel when I'm in the bathroom or if the power or cable is out. I mostly listen to Y&R.

You can on ones who use a dial tuner for weather and not a digital tuner (one that is exactly on frequency)

I bet the young and the restless is either on channels 7-13 (which is a cbs affliate in your area)... usually you'll catch channel 7 or 8 on almost all of them.... the higher ones can be iffy to radio

So which channel is correct?
