Who live in Cork? Is it a nice place to stay for 3 days?

Is Cork a nice place to stay 3 days on holidays?

No I am in Kells - small town bout 35 miles from Dublin, Cork is yah miles from me!

I have been told it is nice though!

Yes.  I spent a weekend there a few years ago.  Went to Blarney Castle and Cobh.  Also putzed around town quite a bit.  We had a nice time.

Fantastic, if you enjoy the open air, great outdoors.

its has a great night life too - the bars and clubs are really welcoming...  Don't stay in a hotel - try out one of th numerous B&B's - the irish hospitality is the best

My husband is from Cork.  I must warn you it's freezing there in winter.  But its ok.  Galway is nicer!!
