b/c my grandparents{obajan and ojijan} live in gifu and i live in america, and i want to go to tokyo.. so im just wondering. =) again, thankss.

You should ask this question in travel!

It depends on which express train you catch to Tokyo.

If you want to visit Tokyo while you are staying in Gifu it can be done in one day but you will have to catch a LOCAL EXPRESS train to the nearest Super Express station.
