In 1941, Vic Ghezzi won the PGA Championship when a referee couldn't decide who should putt first, so a coin was flipped to decide who should do so. The loser of the coin flip also missed his putt - but who was it?

That would be Byron Nelson, who had won the same event the year before and went on to win again in 1945.
