Parents are the ones who have the responsibility for their children's misbehavior, since they are the ones who teach their children how to behave.  Case in point, my two nephews and niece.  The eldest boy lives with his mother, and he's been taught how to behave.  I've never had to tell him to be good or to punish him for something.  His younger brother and sister live with their mother, and they are hellions.  They are always fighting with one another, wrecking things, getting into things, making messes, climbing on the furniture, insulting people, or stealing things.  The eldest boy is now 13, and he never behaved the way these two do.  The younger two are eight and six.  I don't want to think what they'll be like as teenagers.

the recent problem of parents not knowing where their teenage children are has become a concern for the society. they should listen more on their children's need. they main reason that they have jobs and cannot support their children. but why they work. is it for them or is it for their own children. but parents should not be blamed for this. in fact, no one is blamed for this because they only want to help.
