who has comcast service and loves it? and why

I LOVE the high speed internet, but their cable package sucks.  Especially if you're into HD.  Although they have a lot of "on demand" HD shows their number of actual HD channels is meager compared to DirectTV.

Also, there customer service is absolutely horrible!  I had to register a new MAC address for my modem and between getting cut off, hung up on and being place on hold it took several HOURS just to give them the address and get my internet back up.

Bottom line, stick with their internet and cross your fingers you never have a problem.

I love Comcast. I have used their Internet and cable service for years without a single problem. Never a billing glitch and very rarely an outage.

I signed up for 3 Megabit service and they have increased the speed to 20 Megabit with no extra charge.

Once I had an issue connecting and called the customer service. The call was answered promptly and they guided me through fixing what turned out to be a system problem and had nothing to do with Comcast.

They are giving me what I expect and a bit more.

comcast pisses me off they bought our original cable company.. how can we have competition among companies when big companies buy the little ones up like a sale on canned goods....
