  1. Although there are things that I love more than surfing, they are only the very dearest things in my life. I have surfed for 42 years, and I will surf until I die, or my body just won't function at all in the water.

  2. i totally argree with ernie its just soooo adictive i live in yorkshire and the surf sucks theres scarbrough but to be honest its hardly worth the drive so i go down to newquay every year but its sooo fun, last year i surfed 8 hours a day for a week it was imense but then when i had to go back home and it sucked so i took up snowboarding cos we have an indoor slope near by but really nothing can compair to the feeling of riding the waves!

  3. I love surfing, as do most people from Hawaii will tell you, it’s has become almost second nature and so easy to learn, as easy as learning how to walk.  I also love it because it's where men and women can compete equally along side each other regardless of age, s*x, or physical strength.  =P

  4. I love to watch people surf although I don't think I'd be too good at it. I have no sense of balance. I love to watch snowboarding as well. Hang ten!

  5. I agree with Big Monster, i would trade in (almost) anything for surfing, i live in the midlands, and so its a pain, because im far away from the sea, but its the best feeling on earth when i get out there. Anyone who has ever tried surfing loves it, it's impossible not to, it's so addictive!

  6. Me....and my 3 kids...

  7. surfing's g*y.

  8. I surfed so much I can't walk properly!

I been in pain and cripled for years. I now live in the mountains. Away from temptation. But as soon as my physios (plural) turn things around and fix my misshaped body, I'm back out there baby!

I would trade all my lives for surfing. Just surfing. Nothing else.
