Who made kindergarten cookies in the late '50 and early '60?

Back in kindergarten in New England in the late 1950, everyone was given milk and cookies before "nap-time" (I'm sure the teachers needed the rest more than the children). Does anyone know the brand of cookies, or even if the company is still in existance today?
