Who made the painting of a couple celebrites on a construction crew?

I rememeber seeing a painting of 5 or more celebrities on lunch break for a construction crew, I thought it would be one of Helnwein's painting, but I looked it up and I couldnt find it. If someone knows what Im talking about please help me out I have always wanted that painting or drawing.

What you mean is the painting "Stars on Top", done in 1995. There is also a 1996 version with female film stars and a 2006 version with more modern film stars (called "Stars on Top: Payday"). All three were painted by Serdar Hizli.

All three are parodies of the Photograph "Lunch atop a Sykscraper"/"Eating Above Manhattan" by Charles C. Ebbets (1932).

Sorry, I never heard of such a painting where did you see it.  Was it a graffiti type, could it have been Banks?
