Unfortunately, I don't know who the artist is, but the art work looks very familiar. I think I may have seen it once b4 on an anime show or on elfwood. I really dk sorry :( I tried finding the pic on googleimage so I could follow the link and hopefully find the artist, but I couldn't find the pic sorry.

If u can pull up the pic again on google, u can click on the pic and another link would pop up under the pic if the link isn't the same as the link of the pic, u can try using that link to follow to where u want to go :) I'm sorry I couldn't be much help.
