Who makes Starbucks Caramel Sauce?

Starbucks caramel sauce is to dye for, not the syrup they use for flavoring but the sauce they drizzle on top of drinks. I really want to buy some for myself but I don't know where to find it. Anyone have an idea?

If I could get their whipped cream too, that would be awesome.
