Who makes a HD DVD player that I can run my HDMI cables in from cable box then out to the tv.?

I want to run an HDMI for my HD cable box into any HD DVD player and then run an HDMI out of the HD DVD to the TV. Who makes an HD DVD player with an HDMI in and out?

No one ... there isn't any advantage to doing that.

HD DVD (and Blu-ray) players are -- like your cable box -- SOURCES of HD audio and video.

What you want is a A/V receiver which would act as a switching device for several sources, take and process the audio to surround speakers and send the HD video on to a display unit (HDTV or projector).
