Who makes a child's running shoe?

My son is 7 and I'd like to start him running with me. We need to find a proper shoe made for a child, made for running med-long distances.

New Balance makes runners for children who run, Nike has some but not as much of a selection as New Balance.  

Most Good running stores will carry kids running shoes - bring your child to the store to get fitted for proper shoes according to his/her foot/gait/under-over pronation/etc.  They are qualified staff to help their customers to run and feel their best.
