Who makes for better insurance agents, men or women?

In your dealings with insurance agents, who were better at what they had to do, overall? The guys or the gals?

Women. They can get what they want.

I'm a man and I have been a broker for 27 years. More brokers are male, although that does not make them better.

OK...time to stop dodging the question.

Women are better listeners and less aggressive. Does that make them more effective?  Sometimes.

With the right education to tell you the truth. Women are!

After they have been educated they get into a comfortable position to where they freakin' rock at what they do.

The guys always try to add something better, or do more which in some cases is a bad thing.

hai, that is not matter women ..or men, only the thing is need of their earnings, if not so no body try for work, agency is also work for food, doing more business gets more money ,i am agent for last 20 years in general and life insurance i started my life without  any goal i need money in that days after getting money for food again i started the goals in the insurance companies, now i am trying become a trainer for new commers if any chance even any where is the world i am ready, at last i want tell u need is important for all in any work then only the doing better or worse will be known

Women are the same as men.  There are good and bad in both.  Good agents are patient and sell you the best product with a reasonable price.  They are not always about making the dollar.  They are doing what is right for the customer.

Insurance agency is a good place for women because it can provide flexible hours and good income.   But as far as good and bad go, there is good and bad in every body and in every occupation.   Insurance is no different.
