Who makes more money-a local police,a sheriff,or a state trooper?

in northern U.S....like minnesota---local police in smaller cities,sheriffs in more rule counties,or minnesota state troopers?

It depends on the state. My boyfriend works for a city and makes more than the state troopers.

State trooper. A state job always pays more.
