  1. First, the conifers, like pine trees, are green year round.

    The the tropics don't have winter.

    The other hemisphere has summer when you have winter.


  2. kelp in the ocean also produces quite alot of oxygen via photosynthesis,and is not limited by the seasons.

    some bacteria and one celled organisms such as algaes can aswell.


  3. Most of our oxygen is produced by plankton in the sea.

  4. Presently, we have enough plants in warm climates to make enough oxygen for the parts of the world that are cold and in winter.  If we don't stop cutting down our forests and rainforests, indeed, we may see a reduction in oxygen in the future.
