Who makes the best Scooter under 250 cc?

I really like the Vespa but, not the price. The Honda's appear cheaply made mostly plastic. I like the Yamaha C3 but, the dealers have sold them out here in Arkansas. Thanks for the advice.

That really depends on who you talk to.  A honda fan will say that honda is great, etc.

But I agree with you on Vespa price.  My brother has a Vespa but I wouldn't spend that kind of cash on a scooter.

Honda's are built in Japan, India, China and even in Italy, some look chaply made but they're all pretty solid and last forever. For the price, you can't go wrong particularly the SH 150.

they are 50cc so no highways but they made a bigger versoin of it in 05 and 06 thats 250cc and gets 70mpg and can go on highways

The best scooters out there are made buy KYMCO the largest scooter manufacture in the world. If you are wanting the look of a  Vespa but not the price then look at Genuine Scooters. Hyosung also makes a good scooter. Non of these are the imported junk and are very good scooter.  Kymco is better rated than a Honda.  All of these are priced below a Jag scooter
