Who makes the best cheap flat screen?

Since they started making flat PANELs, all the flat screens are pretty cheap....you could get a 32 sony vega for only $50 on ebay\craigslist

I would say Apex. Or RCA, try checking out walmart.com

It depends on what is cheap to you.  Remember that with tv's and most other electronics you tend to get what you pay for.  If you just want an ok tv for a good price, check out Vizio, Samsung, or some of the cheaper Sony models.  The larger name-brands have better after market support for their products.  You want proof, try getting an off-brand tv fixed.

Just remember you get what you pay for.
