Well that depends on what your throwing for average distance.

200'-250'=Gazelle, Cyclone

250'-300'=XS, TL, Teebird

300'-350'=Valkyrie, Beast, XL

350'-400'=Surge, Wraith, Avenger, Flash, Teerex

400'-450'=Destoyer, Force

The only reason I gave the breakdown of distances, is to learn correct form by throwing the discs that are in your range.  You'll be much better in the long run by throwing the discs in your range, although you could throw any of them, this is just the prefered path of many.
