Cannondale's are such good bikes and it was only a few years ago that they were made in Bedford, Pennsylvania however they are now made in Taiwan but are still the same excellent quality and you can get some good deals on the Cannondale's now that they are made overseas.

you have quite a few options, but if you want something reasonably price, forget about the independent custom made bikes. so you are left with trek and cannondale. i like cannondlae a lot better

Cannondale if you want American made. Their all aluminum frames- like the CAAD series- are made here. The carbon models and others are made in Taiwan. Why is the "Turf Twit Syndrome" still effecting many riders. Unlike 10-20 years ago, Taiwanese-made bikes are just as good as U.S. made models.
