  1. In a Republic whoever commands the supposed will of the representative populace. Regardless of weather they do. The Chinese Government calls themselves a Republic because they claim to be representatives of the will of the people.


  2. Lets define what republic means. Republic means any public matter is discussed publically, ie. made public again and again.

    So every decision is made by all the people in the country. Everyone gets a chance.

    All books are republished. Back issues of Magazines, Newspapers are all in good demand. In a repubic the citizens visit the pub again and again. All people reply to forwarded mails. Sports replays are watched with popcorn. The people like to l**k their mates while making love. l**k l**k and Relick. Then to the pub then l**k again.

    I am very sleepy to explain you completely.

  3. In a republic ... the people elect other people (politicians) to make decisions for them ... The united states is a republic . It is not a democracy as some people think it is .

  4. what kind of decisions?if it has something to do with justice it id the judicial system. republican countries have these 3 branches of the government: legislative,the ones who make the laws; executive,who are executing the law and the judiciary who interprets the law.this is under a unitary-republican government.
