  1. I've set myself a lot of rules, some inspired or consistent with my religious beliefs and others because that's how I believe people should behave.

I of course have to follow rules and laws, and although I do because I am a law abiding citizen I hate the fact that they were imposed on me.

  2. In Lebanon, we have no rules...in my house I make the rules and set the boundaries. I like rules, make me have goals.

  3. I'm tired of conventional/sociologically established do's & don'ts that our societies try to push on us...

However, I believe that regulatory laws and conditions serve to make our lives much more comfortable and safe...its the lack of system and enforcement that makes me tired in Lebanon (or almost any arab state)....total chaos..."Fawdeh"!!

Any government/administrative matter to take care of takes triple the time, in addition to all the bribes that you have to lay down to get things done....so bureaucratic!!

In conclusion; laws, rules and regulations are there for our comfort and protection

  4. Well God makes the rules and I live by them :) and I still respect and follow the rules of the land without getting involved :) Yes I am scared when I think of being in a place with no laws or rules.

  5. My answer will be exactly what Webby and Halawa said, if you girls allow me to make mine your words...

Really, it is weird o have these laws imposed to us although we do need them and at the same time it would be awful not to have them ...

  6. my parents make ALOT of rules that i dont live by lol

it makes me feel restricted, like i am graduating high school this yr and starting college this summer but they still treat me like im in second grade and im not even joking, people who know me and my parents are really surprised by the amount of strange rules they have

i think the right amount of rules gives u a sense of security and lets u know the person making them cares for u and  what is best for u, but sometimes when it is over done u dont feel secure at all u just feel angry lol and sometimes they think they are doing whats best for u but instead they just make u do what makes them happy not necessarily what makes u happy

  7. i make my own rules.

thank god im not religious, or my life would be so restricted and boring.
