Who makes this landline phone?

I found this phone at Goodwill and cannot figure out where it was made or by who, or even what it might be called. It's a landline, it appears to be fully functional, but I can't find anything on the internet or any searches. Please help!

sorry you don't have any good shots of the phone if you can take some still shots and lots of them. and post them up here then someone can see them better. I seen the video and I cant see all of the phone.
