Who manufactures a speaker that looks like a stack of three round bubbles each housing a speaker?

I see them all the time in Future Music magazine when they are showing studio shots. Especially in the studios of UK dance music producers. I wouldn't say they are monitors the way I seen them oriented. I've also seen them with three, short, tri-pod like legs.
