  1. densities: (and this will vary with temperature)

    Helium gas 0.18 kg/m³

    Air 1.28 kg/m³

    difference is 1.1  kg/m³

    300 lbs is 136 kg

    so lift volume is 136 kg / 1.1  kg/m³ = 124 m³ or 4370 ft³
