also can anyone tell me if theme hospital can be played on a windows vista computer?

Nope, I got number 2, it sucks to tell the truth...

I miss Tombi, on the psone, that game was awesome! XD

And yeah, it works, but its very complicated to set up.

theme hospital can be played on vista.

they just download an extra off the net if they graphics is low.

otherwise it should work fine.
