Who now, after the RWC finds rugby better than football and do you think rugby will be better than football?

Personally I hope we stay as a lesser sport because if our national sport is anything to go by the last thing I want is WAGS, divers, Prima Donnas, "Carlos Kickaballs" etc ruining our wonderful game.

Long may our chariot swing low and keep us all smiling as it has done for nearly 20 years now

Always have found rugby better than football, always will...... this debate can go on forever...... to a diehard fan of any competitive sport they will back that sport to the hilt, I will back any sport my country plays even football (begrudgingly) however as a fan of rugby I find it almost laughable to think foorball is better than rugby.

It always was and it always will be better than football. There is no comparison!

Rugby is far more interesting to watch because it has structure whereas football is little more than a glorified kick-about which goes on far too long and where very little happens for most of that time.

I would have to admit though that the RWC wasn't the greatest of adverts for the sport. That England playing as they did managed to get to the final would have given a lot of people the wrong idea about the game.
