Me/She?she=my friend

I am given the garage(converted into room) to live, by my own family.

I am supposed to take my younger brother's puppy out for a walk. Also, I go to a public school, but he does'nt.

family-step dad, step mom, step brother (younger)

I say, that the garage was the only room left, unalloted, so I was given that to live. Also, I am in 10th standard, but I think I can spend 15 minuted with that puppy.

She says, this is discrimination. I am given the garage because I am their step child and if it is my younger brother's(who is in 6th standard) dog, he is supposed to take him out. I need to study more.

And I do not have any reason why I go to a public school and he doesn't. I think because he is kinda clever.

In your opinion, who is correct and why?

  1. undecidable because i dono the real situation . what you have told is ok, but can't be used to assess the actual condition.

but i will say this- if you are happy, self-confident, non-exploitable then you are correct.

on the other hand, if you feel discriminated or if your parents are treating you differently, then, i am sorry to say, ur friend is correct. your parents may be ill treating you. i would suggest to consult any adults you trust. if not confide in your teachers. they may help u

  2. U

  3. You've asked this question I swear.

  4. I think she should mind her own business!  You were likely given the room because you are older and require less supervision...and your parents probably ask you to take out the puppy for a number of reasons, including:  you are responsible and they can trust you, your brother might not be as careful and could let the puppy or himself get hurt or lost...or perhaps because it is just one of the chores the family needs done.

Everyone helps out in a family for the sake of the family...perhaps your yournger brother is in private school because they can afford it now, but couldn't when you were starting out...parents always try to give their kids the best they can afford.

Don't diss yourself, you are PLENTY CLEVER..and besides that, you are RIGHT!
