i have completed my mba in finance & system because lack of skills i not getting job .

college where you earned the MBA  should have a placement office... make an appointment, meet with a placement counselor.... find out what you can do to get the missing skills....

the other thing holding you back might be your english skills. Take an ESL course to brush up. Also an interviewing/job club might be in order for you. Your uni can help you with that.

Are you not getting the job because of your resume is not getting any one calling you or is it that you get to the interview but then don't get offered the job. Two different things. Or is it that you are sending out random resumes and not fine tuning your job search. These are all very different things that would lead to not getting work.

Either way, take advantage of the employment office at your uni where you got your mba from. They should be able to help.
