You should know, as a Top Contributor, that it only takes one person to report a post and it gets zapped. I have fought and won a few of my violations.

That name claimed me to be gaming and Yahoo put his name dow as reporter too.

How do you know who reported it? Usually the YA team is the final say on when something is removed. If too many people report it as abuse, then I think it might automatically remove it. It also depends on how much credibility the user has because you get some type of mystery points for reporting ligitimate abuses and lose those points when you abuse the report abuse button.
