Sorry can't help but thank you for putting your location in.  So many questions depend on where one is located.  All countries different regs/customs/cars//transport etc etc etc.  I wish it were a rule to include your Country. Thank you. I am in the UK

I live in Miami, Fl. So I would go to myflorida.com or miamidade.gov and look for recycling and they send you the bins for free. it depends on where you live

Go to Wal Mart and buy one.
