No-she is not innocent.

I know we have innocent until proven guilty, but there are too many lies, coincidences, cover ups in this case. I think Casey is a sociopath & wanted to have her "freedom" back again.

This case makes me sick, especially since I am a parent.

No she isn't innocent. Shes been uncooperative and with holding information.  Now with the positive evidence of human decomposition in her trunk its clear she should be considered a suspect.

I do not believe she intentionally hurt or killed Caylee, her daughter, but I do believe she was not watching her and it was an accidental death that Casey panicked over and tried to hide the body and any other evidence.

Not me...even her mother said she was a habitual liar and that the car smelled like a dead body.

No way. Her car smelled of a dead body and she knows something. I just don't understand why the police can't break her down to confess what she knows. It's weird...

Not me. If my child was missing I would not have the ability to smile or function until he was safely returned. I would not be able to move forward until I knew where he was. She is not acting like a mother who cares.
