Who own publishing rights of arabic version/aka "original" of Quran?

dont tell me no- one owns it, i saw in wiki someone in iran owns it and no if no-one owns it-, who profits from the sales?

don't tell me i can just make a gold cover, publish quran, sell it and keep all the proceedings
