Who owns Kerrang! magazine?

i need to have this information before tomorrow as i am doing a presentation on Kerrang! magazine and it has to be done by tuesday next week. please give me information that i can use.

Hi,Kerrang comes from the distributors Gordon and Gotch maybe contact them and they could tell you.Or go into your newsagents they should know.Hope this helps.
