Who owns runescape? i want to know?

my dad thinks he knows who owns runescape. do you know the name of him/her. if there is more, tell all of them.

Andrew Ryan Gower founded Runescape in 1999 after graduating College, he got a degree in CSS programming in Java script. Soon His brother Paul joined him as Co-Founder. Then from there it took off as a whole family thing. But Andrew Gower is the primary founder.

Technically, any name with 'Gower' at the end of it would be correct.
