Who is the owner of the Kansas City Terminal Railway?

It can't be a big company, such as BNSF, UP, CSX, as the KCTR has only two engines, and no railcars., but only have 85 miles of track. (25 in Kansas, 60 in Missouri)

What they basicly do, is "rent" the tracks to big companys, such those listed above, so the big railroads can get around.

Also, they were the railroad that overseen, and made sure that the Rock Island Railroad got sold.

I know everything about them, except the owner, whos owns them?

thanks
