Who owns the ship "Princess Marina"?

I sailed by it yesterday and the crew said it was privately owned but would not disclose who owned it. Someone else said it was owned by the telecommunications Mexican businessman, Carlos Slim Helú (who happens to be the second richest man in the world). Can anyone confirm this?

I never heard of it, but it is not owned by Princess cruises, that is for sure.
