Like...the planets and stuff. I heard on the news that rockets or something are going to be crashed into the moon to see if there's water. Will that damage the moon? And it's like..."Wow...do we HAVE permission to do that?" What makes us think we can just do that? So...yeah. Who the h**l owns...all that stuff out there? lol...

  1. its me ......the great sarath

  2. We are fortunate that no one can "own" the universe...planets and all that.  However, SHOULD we be doing some of the stuff we do?  No...What IF someone or something lives on those other planets?  Scientists have been WRONG about other things..what if they are wrong about other life?  They say everything has to have oxygen, etc to sustain life...but what if other life forms DON'T need what we do to live?  Soooo many questions...not enough good answers from the "experts" in my opinion.

    Very thought provoking post....

  3. In the beginning GOD created the heaven's and the earth.

    God Created The World

God Created The World. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. ... God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. ...

  4. me

  5. We have the most authority over the moon since we landed on it first. Nobody owns it unless there are some ET beings out there that we have yet to encounter.

  6. It's owned by whoever gets there first. So pretty much... the US. You can even buy land on mars. Seriously. I'm not even kidding.

  7. Nobody.  God will do with it and allow things done as he wishes.  Scientists may be able to gain "knowledge" of the universe but in the end will it matter?  It will still be God, who created it all, who will have the last say.

  8. The creator..........GOD!

  9. God owns it all. No one else has the right to do anything to them that God didn't give us permission to do first. Have a great day!!

  10. Good question, one that many people have debated in the last 10 years.  Technically, no one does, but that's only because no one has figured out how to successfully colonize the planets yet.  I'm sure the governments have some kind of informal agreement over this, but time will tell.  If the governments don't get their c**p together, there will be war over colonization.  Let's hope that by the time colonization is possible, all the governments will have learned how to get along and share.

  11. Thank God for the upcoming Presidential Elections.  Otherwise, it would only be a matter of time before Bush guesses oil might be up there and decides to take it over.  I'm sure he would develop a poor education plan for that planet as well.

As far as who owns the moon, nobody ownes it.  Your question raises an interesting ethical question over whether there should be (and whether there is) any sort of international agreement on how to handle issues with other planets.  We're already being credited for destroying this world.  Imagine if humans destroyed the entire galaxy in time!

  12. The US government??

  13. yeh the moon

  14. God does! he made them, he owns them
